wattson solar plus meter

can anyone help me with my wattson meter (firmware 10.1) after a holiday i switched the meter on and it flashed up demo firmware and would pair up etc it just stops in demo ive tried most things , reset pin, setting file download, it must be something easy !!! with energeno gone bust i cannot access files etc . any ideas please . before i throw it in the bin !! :mad::mad:
