Myvoice cash out problem

Hi
I tried to redeem two £20 vouchers back in May but received nothing. The FAQ claims they send it within a week *hah*. Three months later i'm still empty handed. I emailed them via their contact me page twice, they didn't respond, I've emailed their email about 4 times and no response.

Does anyone have any idea how to get a response out of them? has anyone had this and successfully got their vouchers?

They don't appear to have any social media so I can't get to them that way :mad:

I've cashed out twice with them & haven't had any issues. Last time I cashed out the vouchers were with me in less than a week. However I did once do a survey worth 180 points, completed the whole thing but the points never credited, I emailed them but have never heard back from them about it.

Is there an address to write to? If there is maybe it would be worth you sending a letter by recorded delivery & giving them x days to respond. I don't really know what else to suggest.

I've cashed out 4-5 times now over past 6 years, and always been fine, and I've moved a couple of times too. Hope you get this resolved, they are very reputable and long standing.
