EITB apprenticeship - cert lost

hi

this is an expansion of recent post, I lost my career certs ,

including my EITB certificate, (Engineering Industry Training Board)

in electrical engineering

EITB is now

I emailed them (EAL) to try to get copy of my EITB cert, but, they charge £36, which is fine, but, they say they

EAL retains certification data for 7 years any achievements obtained prior to this cannot be guaranteed to be confirmed, [FONT=&quot]however we will issue this on a confirmation of achievement certificate.[/FONT]

well, my apprenticeship was completed 30 years ago..

has anyone used http://www.eal.org.uk/, if you did your apprenticeship prior to 1994, then this organisation is the one to contact,

has anyone successfuly obtained their EITB cert from EAL ?
