Transfer Test AQE 2015-2016

Just thought I'd start a thread for this years AQE mums and dads, for any hints and tips people may have. I'm struggling to get ds to sit still to do any work over the summer and feel like a bad parent even asking, we only had 6 tests from school to do over the summer and haven't managed it yet. Had to bribe him yesterday with a trip to the cinema if he did one. The annoying thing is he is totally capable. How do you get your kids to actually do anything?

its hard to know the best approach to this. Bribery sometimes works though ! My daughter is keen to do them and very willing but her results are so up and down its frustrating ! I am stressed too which doesn't help. I do hide it from her too. Good luck dismum :-)0
