Hiya, after reading OS for a while now I'vedeceided to try and give it a go in small steps! I eat a load of rubbish usually and thought I'd start by trying a couple of homemade things a week. One of my fave meals to have out is risotto so does anyone have a good simple recipe for it please? :money:

Can't help with the rissoto recipe - have you already tried the search button ?

Bet someone else will already have posted a recipe by the time I do this but welcome to old style.

    Hi spendaholic chick,

There are quite a few risotto recipes on this thread:

    Recipe - Risotto

I'll add your thread to that one later to keep all the suggestions together.
