Hiya, after reading OS for a while now I'vedeceided to try and give it a go in small steps! I eat a load of rubbish usually and thought I'd start by trying a couple of homemade things a week. One of my fave meals to have out is risotto so does anyone have a good simple recipe for it please? :money:

I did try searching but I got a load of threads that mentioned risotto but no actual recipes! Cheers anyway :-)
