Anyone else having problems with the Mag Dailies

Having problems getting the videos to play for a few days now. I generally use firefox and have had a bit of a play around this morning. Worried I've messed it up completely now because I can't get them to play in any of my other browsers (IE and Chrome)

Anyone else having the same or is it likely to be my settings ?

Yes. I am too. Some of them are ok, such as Prima, but most of the videos keep freezing. I know that a lot of people use Adblock plus, but some people may not be able to use it for whatever reason.

Its been the same for me. I am having to refresh them several times before they work. Very annoying

Thanks Marg, I really ought to look at the adblock plus but generally speaking the vid's don't cause me any problem other than times like this when they don't want to play ball. I've been managing to get them through eventually too but now I seem to have made it worse by tinkering in unknown territory.

Funny, I play one of those games on FB when Im bored but that hasn't been loading right for the last few days either. Wondering if something has effected them in a recent automatic update..

If you happen to have a tablet, it could be an alternative for a while.

I don't get any videos or questions on mine and never have (you just enter and confirm) - I don't have any ad blocking software or anything, it's just automatic.

Thanks. I do have an old iPad (one of the original ones, not an iPad air or anything), but that now runs so slowly, it would take ten minutes to enter one!

I use Chrome and Adblock prevents the videos from playing so I only have to wait about 2 seconds before the video page disappears and I get a confirmation of entering the competition.

Perfect, just installed it as an add on for Firefox and they are now going through.

I have installed it as an add on to Firefox and although it says it is installed, when I try to do the mag dailies, I am still getting a black square where the video normally plays and there is a triange in the middle (the symbol for 'play'). This does not vanish. If I click on the triangle, it asks me if I want to open using windows media player. What am I doing wrong? Anyone know?

Ooh er Marg. I can only tell you what I did which was to go to the firefox menu - top right of the address Bar. Select "add ons" and type Adblock plus into the search box. It came up top of the list and I just clicked install.
