Two Bottles Of Free Wine

The offer is back again...

Get Two bottles of free wine when you enquire about adjustamatic beds
Just call 0800 805000

Offer code/extension 7295

If asked the ad was in Saturdays Daily Express

Official insert This offer was around last year too - most people got the wine, they also got the odd call and bumf from the bed company - so be aware you are effectivley signing up to be marketed to. That's not necessarily a bad thing, its just a choice - your call free booze v a sales call.

Also remember these beds are for people with bad backs. So of course those are the type of customers they are expecting to call. Of course I would never suggest you pretend you have a back ache when you don't...

    HMmm.

It would appear that the Extension number shown os in fact the four digit 'Offer code' that they ask for.

I am also told that the freebies only aply to the first 300 enquiries (Commonly known as a cop-out, IMHO).

You are expected to make arrangements for a demo but since I was told that the wine would take uopt o 28 days to arrive I suddenly remembered that impending 3 week holiday that is booked for next week and I will phone them after my return by which time any wine should be recieved.

Fingers crossed and thanks for the post.

I applied for this a year ago and got nothing only a leaflet.

But last june went to gardeners world and picked up leaflet with same offer on. rang number and quoted code given, got leaflets again and a few weeks later 2 bottles of wine turned up.

Never heard anything else from them - wine was nice, just told them on phone Id look through leaflets and give them a call. I mentioned the advertised offer when I rang
Thanks to everyone who posts comps :T
  • I got the free wine from this last year (and very nice it was too!)

Also got a load bumph through the post about their beds, which went straight into the round file, and never heard another thing.

One of my fave freebies, this was!

I rang them told them my father is ill terminally ill with cancer (which is true) and so I was enquiring about whether these sorts of beds would help.

When I couldn't remember the name of the paper the women went silent. I thought I'd been cutoff I asked what was the matter, she said "oh I'm stlil here" there was then even more silence, after about 20 seconds she hung up.

I didn't like her tone at all.

Called up today and was told I would have some info sent out to me. I can then arrange a demonstration, (the person who calls will only be a demonstrator, not a sales person, as they don't want to put people under pressure, especially elderly people, apparently), and then they go away and leave you to think about it.

When I asked about the free wine, they said they only give you the wine when you've had your demonstration, because, "we get a lot of young people ringing up and we can't send them free wine in case they are under age".

    :p
