Transfer of title deed

Hi i'm wondering if people think this is on the expensive side for solicitors fees to do a Transfer of Title deed? This is in Scotland if that makes any difference.

I'd thought maybe £300-£400 but £600+ seems a bit much?

Fee £318.00
Title Indemnity Policy £63.60
Advance Notice Registration dues £20.00
Registration dues £120.00
SDLT fee – if applicable £90.00

Did a transfer my self and it was £60 land registry fees .

Worth looking at the Land Registry site . But i would be wary of a self transfer if it was anything outside the family .

Assuming there's a mortgage involved, that looks about right (and you wouldn't be allowed to do it yourself).
