Mortgage for overseas properties

Hi there,

Does anyone have any advice on obtaining a mortgage for an overseas property? I have done a google and not much turns up.

Are there any UK lenders that will lend for this?

With the contraction of banks overseas operations the choice will be potentially limited. As you'd need a UK lender that operates in the country in which you'd wish to purchase.
