Potentially and potentially with Woolwich as I THINK you fit the adverse credit criteria. But its worth baring in mind fitting criteria and passing a credit check are very different.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. You could try Halifax, I know they're lending criteria are not as strict as a lot of others, and i've recently got a mortgage through Halifax even though my financial situation is somewhat questionable!0

I dont think that is the best advice going. Why not ask your mate down the pub?
Trying and failing is not going to do you any favours. If you are in any doubt speak to a broker.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. When were the CCJ's settled? I assume that 3 years refers to the date of issue.0
