90% mortgage with ccj?

I have 2 settled ccj totalling 3k3 years old at end of year. Any chance of a 90% mortgage early next year.(have ahd mortgage for 10 years never missed payment).

Was thinking woolwich perhaps?

    Potentially and potentially with Woolwich as I THINK you fit the adverse credit criteria. But its worth baring in mind fitting criteria and passing a credit check are very different.

  • You could try Halifax, I know they're lending criteria are not as strict as a lot of others, and i've recently got a mortgage through Halifax even though my financial situation is somewhat questionable!

    I dont think that is the best advice going. Why not ask your mate down the pub?

    When were the CCJ's settled? I assume that 3 years refers to the date of issue.
