My Rent & Council Tax

Sorry to be a nuisance yet again, I am half way through my income / expenses bit on the BR forms and I am unsure about my rent and Council Tax. On the form do I put down what I actually pay .. which is nothing since I am on Income Support, or the amount I would have to pay if I wasnt getting benefits?

Can you not list ALL normal household bills/expenses inc CT/RENT and just put 'NIL (via benefits)' in amount column? I havent gotten as far as filling in the forms yet, so Im really not sure, but couldnt do any harm surely.....?0
