Nationwide Mortgage Valuation

Ok, so this has been mentioned a few times recently, but:-
If the valuation was Monday, and the mortgage people had the report on Wednesday morning, and I haven't heard anything from them by now (everything tracked by text or e-mail),
am I safe to assume my house has been valued the same by the valuation and by me as I haven't heard anything?

No. You haven't had the "valuation reviewed and accepted" text yet.
At the moment it seems to be "valuation received and under review" then two to three days until
"valuation reviewed and accepted" then another two days to
"mortgage offer issued" if they are in a position to offer.I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I got a text to say my valuation had been received on Wednesday and another one this morning to say the offer is being issued.0

I never got a text update on my valuation.
Easiest thing to do was ask them.

They have a big backlog at the moment as they have an increased volume of applications (as expected, as they didn't increase their rates yet) and they had some computer issues at the start of the week. I was expecting my offer last Monday, but their computers crashed and my application was lost, they had to key the entire thing in again (along with thousands of others from what I've been told). They are currently saying I should have my offer coming Monday or Tuesday.
If you're one of the unlucky ones that was effected by their computer issues, expect the process to be delayed by a week or so.0 -
They put their rates up (a bit) last week.0
