Has anyone had anything back from this crowd of charlatans?

What`s the next step? Feeling buoyed by the success of chasing my pitcher, I`m wondering whose cage we need to rattle to see where these kits are.

I`m thinking Lord Lucan might have mine...........;)

After emailing Lena White and recieving no reply I emailed OPI direct in America - they apologised profusely and forwarded my email again to Lena White. After 2 more weeks I have sent a very strongly worded email to both the OPI head office and Lena White telling them their attitude stinks as they are more than happy to bombard me with advertising emails but do not keep up their part of the bargain. My nail salon uses both OPI and Orly, and I have made it very clear that the products I will use in future both at home and when I have my nails done will be from their rival Orly - and that I will encourage everyone I speak to who uses their products to swap as well. Just sent that last night, lets see if I get a response.
