Halifax have put incorrect number of years remaining on lease

Hi all,
I received my mortgage offer from Halifax earlier this week. On the mortgage offer they mention that ground rent will be '£100 over a 125 year lease'. However the lease on the flat is 999 years so should say ground rent is '£100 over 999 years'. I am hoping to exchange and complete next week and my solicitor has written to the halifax highlighting this mistake. Will this be an issue to completing by next week?
Looking back at the application summary my broker submitted at the beginning of the application, 900 years were inserted into the lease length (at that point I didn't know the exact number of years on lease, but knew it was more than 900 years).

This is only a small detail - have a word with your solicitor and ask him to write to Halifax, asking them to amend their records after completion,
This saves having to issue an amended offer.
Something like this won't stop you completing as planned.Early retired - 18th December 2014

I wouldn't have thought it would be a problem. But as the solicitor represents me and Halifax, surely they have to be informed of any mistakes?0

From your OP appears the matter is being dealt with.my solicitor has written to the halifax highlighting this mistake.0 -
As he's written to the Halifax, it's dealt with.
All the Halifax will do, after the mortgage completed, is to tap 999 into their computer, to replace 125
