Remortgage accepted in principle

Hi we've been accepted for a remortgage (self cert) in principle. Its just gone to the underwriters what are the chances of being turned down or accepted? The mortgage broker always sound really positive when I've phoned and asked them questions but until I get a definite yes I'm a nervous wreck!
