By criticising Australia. And Australian boomers.

Australians are famously broad shouldered concerning criticism of their country from foreigners, so I'm sure this won't bother them at all, or affect whether he can get served in bars in Sydney.

Rich bloke has a moan.
Not that dissimilar to hereLeft is never right but I always am.0 -
It's an interesting emphasis you've put on this rugged.
Rich Aussie bloke annoyed at a long list of things. He seems to start by prioritising the closure of a Sydney nightclub and changing licencing laws. The bit about boomers that you have promoted is at the end of his rant.
As to whether Australia is right to change its licencing laws, there is more on the closure here:

I have no idea whether or not this is a good idea as I don't live in Australia and my Aussie rels don't live in Sydney.

The so-called lockout laws are touted as being responsible for a huge drop in violence in Kings Cross at night on the weekend.
Having said that, people selling alcohol to very drunk people illegally (you can't serve someone who is obviously drunk and are criminally liable for their actions if you serve them when they are very drunk) are up in arms that their illegal operations have been curtailed as they can't externalise their costs any more and just take the profit.0 -
If I were you I'd be more concerned with how disillusioned and ashamed your own parents must have felt when they realised that all the sacrifices and hardships that their generation endured only resulted in producing a generation of greedy, arrogant, self indulgent, entitled brats.0

Oh? I can assure you my own parents feel no disillusionment or shame about any of their children, but on the contrary feel proud about what their offspring have achieved through their own hard efforts. (In passing, you have no information about either my parents or myself, so fabricating statements such as yours is obviously meaningless.)0 -

Nor do you have any personal information on other individuals or their parents yet it hasn't prevented you from making sweeping generalizations and smarmy sarcastic remarks on here... just another smug, arrogant, vile boomer0 -

You don't seem to have been following the constant attacks made by the OP on what I assume would be his parents' generation. Like you, he appears to harbour what amounts to be hatred for this generation – and it has been suggested to him several times by other posters that he ought to get help to deal with his feelings.
Funnily enough, there are people, like me, who actually love their parents and grandparents, and appreciate them for what they have given them, often after much self-sacrifice. In fact, I sometimes feel that some have been given a massive sense of entitlement, and have not been taught the facts about recent social history, hence their often factually untrue statements. Why some people should resent their parents/grandparents is beyond me, I'm afraid, but one can only assume that they must have been psychologically damaged by them in some way – which clearly does happen. However, posters on this board are not psychiatrists, and can't help with this, hence the advice for the OP (and possibly you) to seek help.
I made no 'sweeping generalisations', etc, by the way (that seems to be more your thing). And you still do not know who I am. You may think you are going to somehow aggravate me with your silly remarks. How wrong you are.
I would add that no one in my family – of any age – harbours the sort of hatred and resentment towards any other generation that you and the OP do. Neither does anyone else outside my family in the 'real world'. I see people of all ages, including those in their twenties not from 'privileged' backgrounds, working hard, achieving and getting on well with their lives, without expecting handouts (even though some will eventually attain sizeable inheritances from your hated 'boomer' generation, which only a minority of the very wealthy in previous generations have done). We in the West are currently living in something of a Golden Age – it's a shame some people can't see this and appreciate it, preferring to exist in misery and resentment instead of getting on with it.
