Worried sick

Hi. I know this has come before in the past. I have become worried sick since my mortgage went to offer. I am a ftb and between mortgage offer and exchange I topped up my loan in order to help moving costs and at the same time pay off my car loan and credit card so I just have one payments thinking it would be fine as I had already been approved. (Apparently it isn't) I have told the mortgage company about the new loan and seems ok but I am worried sick because I have heard they will do another check between exchange and completion and I don't want to lose my £10k deposit if my credit score has changed... Anyone had experience of this and issues recently?
