Gym with faulty water fountins is driving me crazy!!!!

wow, i am impressed with all that.
i genrally swim for about 30 - 45 minutes up and down (dont know how many lenths, i dont keep a tally)
in the gym, i do the treadmill, i usually burn about 250 cal.
i do 100 caL ON THE BIKE
and a 100 call on the treadmill
weights i do the leg press 8x 2 sets.
I also do the overhead bar that you pull down, again 8 times, 2 sets
i do the butterfly one again 8 times x2
my weights seems to of stopped a little.

We have swim tag or I wouldn't have a clue what I'd swam to be honest. Try doing the inclines Id say as they raise your heart rate then lowers it which I think helps with the interval to help burn the calories:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one
