Just been trying to find the support page for the Wattson energy monitor, all of energenos sites are down and just did a quick search at companies house and it says the company is in liquidation.

Oh.
Anybody want to buy a wattson solar plus?
You can still see your info at the wattson anywhere/energyhive link.4kWp, SSE, SolarEdge P300 optimisers & SE3500 Inverter, in occasionally sunny Corby, Northants.
Now with added Sunsynk 5kw hybrid ecco inverter & 15kWh Fogstar batteries. Oh Octopus Energy too.0 -
Oh dear, that's not such good news. Perhaps Hildebrand will continue to provide the Wattson Anywhere service.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".0

Very coincidental post.
I have just returned home from working away and while I was away I purchased a Wattson Solar Plus with Easy Fit at a very cheap price on Ebay.
The guy was selling quite a few by the looks of it.
I also tried searching on the internet for support information, downloads, etc and found nothing. My first thought then, was that the company had gone bust and that would explain the cheap price. Looks like my thoughts were correct!
So, I would also be interested in any software downloads, firmare upgrades or anything really to do with the Wattson.
I did manage to get hold of the 'Holmes' monitor utility (if anyone needs it and can't find it, PM me please).
Only set it up yesterday but works a treat, such a nice neet little thing.
Interested in what the other 2 ports do on the transmitter and if I can wirelessly connect it to my laptop with the Holmes monitor software or other stuff.Martin (With an I)
4.00 kWp System, 15° East of South, 35° Pitch, 16 (250w) x 8.33 Eternity Panels, Solaredge Optimisers and SE4000(16A) inverter, iBoost. Just North of Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.0 -
My anywhere has stopped working and stuck in test mode.
When this happened before they reset it their end. I'm guessing that now they are gone I have no way of resetting it now?
Any help appreciated.

I had this problem and found a way to resolve it. I cannot remember now what I did. I will try to find out.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".0

I have searched my email for you. I sent a ticket to Wattson on 28 May. Either someone helped me here or I found a fix on the Energeno site (I think it was the latter). I will search back.
I located some of the Energeno pages using the "waybackmachine":
https://web.archive.org/web/20150911004404/http://www.energeno.com/
When you go to that page, wait a minute of or for the system to find the original site.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".0 -
I recorded part of the fix on 28 May. This may give sufficient clues. The Wattson has to be connected to the computer via a USB cable and I suspect that Holmes needs to be installed.
I ended up recording this screenshot which in my case fixed the problem, i.e. a matter of resetting the data. I don't have full instructions but this manual reset does the trick.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon.
