I like mine a lot and didn't have a purging phase though didn't have spotty skin to start off with. I do find though that my skin is less dry and I think this is because it is getting gently exfoliated when cleansed and also because the cleansing is probably more thorough than it was before.

I didnt change my products, and so I use clinique face wash on the brush and then dramatically different moisturiser afterwards. Just cleanse with it once a day, in the bath at the end of the day (using clean water from the bath tap though not the bath water) and then wash again in the morning just with warm water in the shower. I think some of the purging horror stories happen when people overuse it!

I have had mine since 2009, cut down use to 3 times a week in the mornings. No purging for me. I am using Sunday Riley Good Genes at the moment so really cut down the Clarisonic as they together are too much for the skin.

My face feels really clean, and if you remove your make normally and then do a second cleanse using the Clarisonic the dirt on the brush head is unbelievable!!

I use any foaming cleanser, REN, Elemis Sensitive Wash, Clarins facial wash.

Yes! I have mild roseaca and no problems. Plus three different people told me my skin looked amazing two weeks after starting to use it.

I use one too.. Any cleanser. I haven't had the purging stage either but my skin is super smooth and bright.

What good genes are you talking about? The serum?
