Public Record CRA's

Afternoon all,

I'm currently 5 months into my bankruptcy journey. I just took a quick look at my credit file this morning. Everything looks as it should, a few incorrect dates for defaults, but nothing drastically wrong.

Thing is.. there is no mention of my bankruptcy under Public Records for either of the CRAs

My address info is correct with current and previous addresses listed.

Is this normal? :eek:

Not normal, but not unheard of either.

Check to make sure there is no mismatch between the name and address on the BR order itself and the CRAs. Sometimes even a small one can mean it's not matched to your report.

In the end though it's not a huge deal at the moment. May well rectify itself in the next 6 years anyway.,

I did look at the third CRA, and the BR was there in all its glory.
