Ordered a bikini 3 weeks ago - still hasn't arrived although they emailed to say it was dispatched. They won't reply to my emails, they won't answer the phone! AARGH! No idea what to do next. The last email I send asked for a refund but still haven't heard anything. They seem to still be trading online and there's nothing on the internet to say they've gone bust. I assume my next step is to go to my credit card company direct. Any ideas anyone?
