Confused about council tax abbreviations

Hi, could anyone help me in making sense of my council tax account breakdown. I asked for the breakdown from the last 15 years to be sent to me because I have realised they have made a mistake with my reference number and I have been overpaying. The problem is I do not understand what the abbreviations mean on the account breakdown. I see different years sometimes include extra abbreviations too. The abbreviations are as follows under the word group;
LIA
BEN
DIS
REF
CST
SEW
WAT
WRO
TRL
PAY
BAL
LIA
BEN
DIS
REF
CST
SEW
WAT
WRO
TRL
PAY
BAL
