Hi guys, had the misfortune of cutting the power cable when cutting the hedges. Anyone know anywhere which can fix? It's about 1 metre from handle.. Cheers .

If you don't mind having the bulge in the cable you can join the two ends with this

The half with pins goes on the hedgecutter and the half with holes goes on the mains side.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0

^^^^^ Would suggest the same myself... Top money saving tip :money:0

Bare the wires & twist together & wrap round with sellotape (only joking)0

I done exactly same thing once.. ended up taking the machine apart, noted how the power lead was connected, then re-connected it using the (still good) piece of power lead.
Screwed it all together again and away it went, just had a shorter power lead...0

^^^ Dito... but you need to be at least a bit handy...... Not everyone likes working with electrics......... sort of can kill you if you get it wrong....0

Also probably worth investing in a RCD adaptor such as this.http://www.screwfix.com/p/masterplug-rcd-adaptor/637310
