Put it in all 3 names to save CGT. AS you will be exposed.
But you still wont be able to claim back all the interest on the mtg like you can now.

The value of pension rights provided by the pension scheme (for divorce etc purposes) should now be referred to as a Cash Equivalent (CE). In the past Cash Equivalent Transfer Value (CETV) was normally used to refer to the value when the pension was not in payment and Cash Equivalent Value (CEV) or Cash Equivalent Benefit (CEB) when the pension was in payment.0
