  • Hey lovelies,

Just sitting at the kitchen table trying to sort my life out :p

Was supposed to go out last night with my friends for my birthday but most of them cancelled so me & my BFF decided to just leave it cos we are so skint anyway.

My sister ended up coming to mine last night & we watched all 3 Lord of the Rings movies & got so drunk :rotfl:

Think I went to bed at about 6am so I am slightly hungover & so tired today!

On a plus note though I emptied Priscilla (piggy bank) of all her £1.00 coins, there was £160.00 in there :j gonna take that into the bank when I finish work tomorrow then bung that into my savings to pay for the hotel when we go to Fort William in August :money:

  • Aw it was great, thanks!

Spoiled off DH, he took me to Chaophraya for a private dining experience so lots of food, cocktails and wine.

Left with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers & they still look fab at home.

Will go a proper debt update later on.

  • Not had a look at the figures all weekend - whoops!!

Had another one of my hotels for holiday take the full payment off the CC so transferred the cash from savings straight away to PIF for that.

Determined not to let these CC balances get out of control again.

Full time job trying to manage a households finances, they should teach this at school.

  • Debt
    £15,000.00 - Starting
    £9478.02 - Current

    Weight
    16st 7lbs - Starting
    14st 12lbs - Current

    CC's
    £561.28 - SBCC
    £8916.74 - BC

So not much has changed both with the debt and with the weight. Had a wee look through my journal to realise that I am the same weight now that I was in January 2017 :rotfl: Progress haha!

Funds wise I am doing alright, just waiting on payday. Hoping that DH will get paid today at some point.

Cashed in another £10.00 Amazon vouchers so my total is £213.20 on there as ordered some Christmas presents to add to my present stash.

Also referred a couple of people on here to Nationwide so got £200.00 in my account the other day for that. I am not gonna touch that though because one of the people I referred asked me to split the referral 75:25 ( I thought they were talking % so they would get £150.00 or the referral and I would get £50.00) so I emailed them back saying I would be happy to split it 50:50 (£100.00 each) so they have now sent me a PM with their bank details asking me for £50.00! I emailed them back to say that I didn't agree to that & they just sent me back my email saying I would split it 50:50 with 'See above' :rotfl:

Will just need to see how this plays out :(
