How is my ex getting away with it?

I have 2 daughters aged 20 and 18. I split up with their "dad" 15 years ago and since then he has never paid a penny in child support. Every 6 months u get a letter from child support saying "the amount you have received = £0.00, the amount you are due = £0.00, the amount owed = £0.00. About 5 years ago I contacted child support and asked them why I wasn't getting anything and they did an investigation into it and they came back saying there was no payment due from him. He worked full time for about 3 years after we split up and didn't pay anything then either and when he got made redundant he still hasn't paid anything. I know he's on job seekers because in my old job I used to have to accompany people to the benefits office and I saw him signing on. He has no other children. For the last 2 years he's lived with a woman with learning difficulties with a grown up son who's living with them.

If he is on benefits then that may be your answer. Depends on when your case was opened and which CSA you were on.
Seems a little late at 18 and 20 to start chasing though.0 -
you managed , you got on with it, you dont need it,0
