    I'd prefer it. No having to do any of that ridiculous "small talk" and acknowledgement of a robot.

    Of course, stag groups will be working out how to snaffle one....

    It might! it's interesting (and sad at the same time) as hospitality usually tends to be full of youngster/students working to supplement some money.

    More menial jobs disappearing but I guess more specialised coming up. I bet that for every new 'server' there will be 1 project manager, 1 analyst and a huge army of call centre off shore!

    ...but we saved 1 wage locally!
