OK HERE GOES MONTHLY INCOME - TAKING A LODGER IN NEXT WEEK SO THIS WILL HELP.

WHICH IS GREAT - BUT CAN SOMEONE ADVISE WHAT I SHOULD DO REGARDING ABBEY AND O2 - IF AM DUE THEM. I WILL PAY THEM BUT NOT HAPPY IN REGARD TO DEFAULT AS I HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD ADVISED ABOUT THIS AND IF I PAY THEM WILL THIS BE REOVED FROM MY CREDIT FILE.

You need to make some allowances for additional costs and things like losing the singel person's allowance on the Council tax in your SOA for when the lodger moves in.

Can you ad the APRs etc?

KEZ, the secure loan will not be cleared when you remortgage. Unless it is already for the same duration as your mortgage, if you add it to the mortgage, you could end up paying a lot more in total, even if the cost per month is less.

    Check this on th snowball.
