Try customerservice@erudiostudentloans.co.uk
Notice it's missing the extra s that you included in yours. I've contacted them and had a reply on that email before. deferment@erudiostudentloans.co.uk works too if it's related to deferment.0 -
Hi All
I'm after some advise please.
I have a student loan that has been sold to Erudio.
The loan was taken out in the mid 90's and I have been deferring up to now. Balance is c£6000.
From January I will be earning over the deferment fresh hold (I currently earn just under).
I have been advised that my monthly repayments will be c£121 over approx 4 years.
My question is - Is it possible to get the monthly repayment reduced or should I pay the loan off in full in one hit? Or can anyone offer any other pearls of wisdom??
Many thanks...0 -
It's 'threshold' not 'fresh hold'.Hi All

I don't think you can reduce monthly payments that are set by established criteria. Certainly if you are considering paying off the full amount you can't really claim poverty.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0
