Can I get a Mortgage with these circumstances?

Hi all, I'll try to keep this as brief as poss...
I was named on a Mortgage with my father a few years ago on the house we lived in. I was only named on it due to my Fathers age (he was approaching late 50's at the time), he didnt think he could get a mortgage, so asked me to put my name down with him. I was only young at the time and didnt think much of it (regret that now!) Anyway my Father paid all the mortgage and all other household bills himself direct from his bank account (or so I thought). We have now sold that house and I'm now renting at the moment.

My 1st question is... Have I lost my right to a 'first time buyer' mortgage. I'm pretty sure I already know the answer to that.
So my next question is.. During the time I was listed on the mortgage my Father got 2 CCJ's. I didnt know about this until recently but they are also on my credit file. One of them is listed as 'Satisfied' and the other one comes off my file in the next month due to being almost 6 years old.
So can I get a mortgage with £22k deposit, earn £32k, house price looking to buy about £200,000
With the Help to Buy 5% Mortgage I should be able to... right??
Any help/advice welcome, I'm a complete newbie with all of this!

A whole of market broker is your best bet. The amount you seek seems high compared to income from the details you've given.

You can't borrow more than 4.5x your salary if using Help To Buy.

Did your father commit fraud i.e. without your knowledge?

He said 'asked me' so presumably not.

2 CCJ's neither of which would relate to the property. As the mortgage company would simply seek repossession.

You're looking at paying almost a thousand pounds a month for the mortgage if you could get one for a 200000 house.
Take home pay is roughly 2050 a month I take it? Can you afford it ? Do you have any other outstanding debt, like credit cards or loans? If you have, they will be taken into consideration with your mortgage application, too much credit and your application will fail.
