Yes we did, we had booked them for last Friday, which is when we were told originally we were moving. Obviously had to cancel and have not rebooked yet as still no date :mad:

They came and estimated 1.5 Luton loads with 4 people for £450, which seemed reasonable as we have a lot of heavy oak furniture.

No, I'm very jealous reading on Fortunes diary that her removals come the day before and pack everything. We are currently surrounded by boxes everywhere and occasionally need something that has been packed. Have you any thoughts on what options you will chose?

Well the only thing broken last time we moved was a plate that I had packed, so tempted to get them to pack for us...

Surveys. Would you bother and why/why not?

Having paid for 5 in my life so far I am developing the view that their reports contain so much !!!! covering you would NEVER have any recourse if they missed something.
