RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.xfm.co.uk/about-xfm/competition-terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘MandM Direct’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 10th August to Sunday 6th September 2015 on XFM (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to https://www.xfm.co.uk to register their details and tell us the song that motivates them. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 10th August and close at 23:59 on Sunday 6th September 2015.
4. From the valid entries one winner will be selected at random from the pool of entries between 9am and 10am on the following days:

• Monday 17th August 2015
• Monday 24th August 2015
• Tuesday 1st September 2015
• Monday 7th September 2015

5. The winner will be awarded the weekly prize which is a £500 voucher code from MandM Direct.
6. Once the competition has closed, one winner will be selected at random on Monday 7th September from all the 4 weeks qualifying entries and awarded £3,000 main prize.
7. If any winner/s do not respond to contact made by Global within 28 days of the competition closing, a new winner/s will be selected at random.
Eligibility:
8. Entrants must be 18 or over
9. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
10. You agree to participate, at our request, in publicity and you agree that we own all Intellectual Property Rights in, and may use at our absolute discretion, such publicity/interviews. We may refer to your association with the Competition and/or the Prize in all publicity, marketing and materials.
Prize:
11. Weekly prize: 4 x £500 MandM Direct Voucher codes. One voucher code will be awarded each week and will be emailed to the winner.
12. Main prize: £3,000 provided in the form of a cheque will be awarded to one entrant once the competition has closed. This will be dispatched to the winners address within 28 days of the competition closing.
13. There is no cash alternative.
14. The prize is not transferable.
15. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
