Vodafone ‘SmartPass’ on Big Top 40, August 2015
RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.bigtop40.com/competition-terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Vodafone ‘SmartPass’’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Sunday 9th August 2015 to Friday 21st August 2015 on The Big Top 40 show (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to bigtop40.com, register their details and answer the question provided.
2. Online entry will open at 16.00pm on Sunday 9th August 2015 and close at 23.59pm on Friday 21st August 2015.
3. Entrants must watch a piece of video content hosted on the page & answer a question based on it.
4. There will be 2x winner draws. The first draw will take place on Sunday 16th August, when 1x winner will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries received between 16:00 on Sunday 9th August and 23:59 on Friday 14th August. The second draw will take place on Sunday 23rd August, when 1x winner will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries received between 16:00 on Sunday 9th August and 23:59 on Friday 21st August.
5. All selected Entrants will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
6. Winners will be notified on air.

Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over
2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

1. Should this product be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
2. Handset will be a Vodafone Pay as you go phone.
3. All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.

1. The £100 SmartPass credit must be redeemed by performing the following steps;

15.1. Perform a SIM swap via vodafone.co.uk/simswap in order to swap your details over to the contactless SIM supplied.
15.2. Download the SmartPass App & Wallet App from Google Play.
15.3. Register your details within the SmartPass App & enter the voucher code received to claim the £100 SmartPass credit.

1. The Prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative Prize.
2. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
