Joint Mortgage - Bad credit/Good Credit

Good afternoon all,
I currently have bad credit and have started saving with my girlfriend who has a great credit rating, we're going to be saving for 2 years and by then I will have just 3 defaults left in my name (which will have 1 year left before removed) they have been paid off I'm just waiting on them being removed.
What are the chances of us getting a mortgage together? She'll be finished Uni and working by then, ideally we would get it in her name alone but we are not sure because she hasn't been working full time for 3 years if we could do that.
Any advice?
Thank you

Who knows what the mortgage market will be like in 2017 Chris.
In the current market, with sufficient income, 15% deposit or more, and no recent credit issues, options would be available.I am a Mortgage Broker

Fair enough,
How about if we had been saving the past 2 years have our deposit, she's out of uni and just started working full time, I'm full time working but have 3 defaults with a year left, could we get a joint mortgage or would my girlfriend be able to get one on her own?
Thanks0 -
If we were 2 years down the line in the current climate then I imagine there would be options.
Potentially high street rates, potentially 1%(ish) above.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
