Nationwide dip new property

We have a dip and started a full application with nationwide. The seller pulled out we now have found a new property. Does this mean we need a new dip & to start all over again?

    Bum, so does that mean my credit rating will be affected as they will have done 2 dip hard searches and cancelled the full application!

    Another search won't make that much difference and if you are fretting over that Experian made up number, forget it.
