Children's NS&I assets

I read somewhere that the OR contacts NS&I amongst others during the bankruptcy process. Would that flag up any premium bonds or children's bonus bonds that have been bought for my children by their grandparents, and where I am listed as their parent? These bonds don't belong to me, but would the OR / the courts see that the same way?
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

No idea. This is the relevant extract from the Insolvency Service website (Guide to Bankruptcy section) at http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/guidanceleaflets/guidetobankruptcy/guidetobankruptcy.htm

"The Official Receiver will give notice of the bankruptcy order to local authorities, utility suppliers, courts, sheriffs, bailiffs, National Savings and Investments (premium bonds), the Land Registry and any relevant professional bodies. Enquiries will also be made of banks; building societies; mortgage, pension and insurance companies; solicitors, landlords and any other persons or organisations who may be able to provide details of any assets or liabilities that you have, or have had, an interest in (either on your own or jointly with others). Third parties will also be asked about any other matters relating to your bankruptcy."

I just need to know if my kids' savings are at risk if I am declared bankrupt.

Hmm, interesting, didn't know that. Sorry, guess we'll have to wait and see if anyone knows the answer.
