Entry in the Prize Draw is free when completing and returning the

Terms and Conditions:

1. The prize is a Nintendo Wii games console.
2. Entry in the Prize Draw is free when completing and returning the customer questionnaire.
3. Only one entry per person.
4. All entrants must be over 18 years of age.
5. The competition is not open to employees of Alta Bioscience or their immediate family.
6. The Prize Draw will take place on Friday 7th December 2007.
7. The winner will be selected at random and notified by telephone or e-mail.
8. The prize will be delivered free of charge anywhere worldwide.
9. The winner’s name, and their organisation or institution name, will be published on the Alta Bioscience website (no details will be shared with any third party) and we reserve the right to use the entrant’s name and organisation or institution name in any Alta Bioscience publication or promotion.
10. The judge’s decision will be final.
11. The prize is non transferable.
