Can you still buy demestic knitting machines?

I had one years ago and I sold it because it was taking up room I needed and I didn't have time to use it. I was just thinking about treating myself to a new one but I can't see anywhere that sells them even the shops I bought my machines and accessories from in the 80's only sell sewing machines these days...

I think EBay sell them, but they aren't cheap. I was tempted to get one myself until I saw how much they are!left the forum due to trolling/other nonsense

They were never cheap I think the one I had in the early 80s was about £500 with all the accessories I don't have a budget as such I thought I would have a wander into the shops that sell them and have a look at the nice shiny features...0

MIL is teaching DD how to use a computerised one and she has given it to her as a gift.
I think I might still have my old one in the loft, I will have to check.Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

I mistakenly thought by the time I had the time to use it there would be lots of new features and I would get a modern one seems the likes of Brother and Toyota no longer make them...Got my needles out !0
