  • Hi everyone

Was trying for a NSD today but met sis at gym and she talked me into having lunch there with her & my nephews so that's £3.70 gone:eek:

No more spending today and tomorrow though! - staying in & putting stuff on ebay instead:D

This should be my 5th no spend day in a row, but that all ends tomorrow as taking ds to see Thomas the tank engine.

I am so proud I have managed to go all this way without speding any money, I have just made myself use all the food and that I have in the house instead of giving into impulse.

Well I didn't manage an NSD yesterdy, but the only money I spent was on a couple of items to help finish off the decorating of my bedroom (a curtain & pole to block off the alcove and a laundry basket - total of £13).

Sadly won't manage an NSD today either as the boyfriend and I are going to Rothbury for a walk this evening and this will almost guaranteeably end with fish & chips.

I've decided though that I'm gonna surrender my debit card to my boyfriend. I'm not managing to keep my spending down as much as I need to so it's the best option for the time-being.

I forgot to take the meat out of the freezer for supper, and we've had a week of veggie meals cos DS's gf has been staying and she's a veggie. OH has just suggested a takeaway  I'm desperately trying to think of a way of resisting; OH says he's desperate for MEAT. Don't want to go to a supermarket for meat

Everyone hold me to this - with the exception of petrol, as of tomorrow I'll be having a full WEEK of NSD's. As far as I'm aware there's nothing I need to spend my pennies on & holiday is just round the corner (8 days away!) so I have to save every penny possible cos the holiday is on enough of a budget as is!!

There. I've committed myself to it. :D
