Why don't you take the tablets bubbs? You can have brain fog like me:mad:. I'm not actually sure what is worse, the pain without them OR the pain with them & the total brain fog on top. I HATE taking prescription meds. The last lot the doc wanted me to take the pharmacist was OMG! & I was :mad::eek::mad: there's NO WAY I'm taking that after reading the crimp sheet.

OOH - have you tried Arnica gel? It doesn't work all the time BUT if you use it occasionally you may get some relief. The 1st time I used it I thought I'd found the Holy Grail. Not worked as well later BUT if I leave it a few days between using it does help a little. I purchased a litre for £24 in June as the little ones are SO expensive. Hubby & I have got through about 1/4 of the bottle.

    Oops - forgot the linky

Great deal though unfortunately I don't think M Muller offers tend to get picked up properly on the APG when they do the 10 for X deals (or haven't for a while)?

You can check your results on the APG system but when you do you then have to click the claim voucher button (or whatever it is called) before it actually processes the evouchers. By delaying the voucher claim your voucher isn't produced until the following month so (when it is working as intended) counts towards that month's limit.

Oh I see, they can check but not claim. Good job I don't use it much I'd end up forgetting to claim :rotfl::rotfl: I like shop apg :)

Also, what I don't understand is when someone says they are holding off getting their apg until the next month because of a limit or something. How do you know if that particular apg has worked? I mean if you sign in to apg to see how much it is for surely that will count towards your limit. Or can you still look and check it but not claim

Yes you can look and hold off i did it this month also it was the same on the old system :)

seems everyone knows except me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: how you doing M4rtin? Keeping well I hope x
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.
