  • cjj - maybe you should hire PD to make you a cake & let them eat it? That might well be a bit too much though. You could talk about glitch shopping but if their eyes glaze over then quickly stop.
On third thoughts - just be yourself & just before you go thank everyone for putting up with you so well, just a very quick thanks, try to make them smile.

If it was meant to be, it will be, if not something else will come along. You've done SO well getting a trial at first try and also done so well getting your qualification in advance, that will make them know how serious you are about getting the job.

Good luck & I hope that the people you'll be working with are lovely.

    Thank you. :)

I'm sure I'll be boring everyone on here about next week, whether it goes right or wrong!!

My daughter is put out because she is now the only person left in the house that's wees sitting down! :D . Weeing via a catheter I insert into my belly button might not be the norm, but will certainly give me more freedom than going in the traditional way! :rotfl:

Good afternoon I bet you can't wait to get some sort of normality back into your life once you get used to the way it is going to be from now on.Shame I was at the Hospital on Fri and not Monday cause we might have been able to have brief meetup :A

Thanks. All the money spent on the dress and fittings was worth it. She is having the bouquet made into a paperweight. its not cheap but a lovely idea. the company are actually local to us so it made it easier to drop the flowers off. takes 6 months.

Such a lovely idea rose ...years ago before all this sort of thing became popular my DH put DDLala's first blonde ringlet we cut off in a hermetically sealed tube and it is in my memories box and still looks the same as we did it nearly 50years ago :A
