I was !!!!!! when I just got 16 photos of suncream, foxes biscuits and toilet rolls. Thinking where on earth were the ones of Teeny. Thankfully they are still in my photo album on my phone so if I do what Anon says I can get them on lappie before I go.

I have plenty of space still as don't take that many just the fact if I lose the phone they would be lost. :eek:

It's the first mention I have ever read of only being kept for 30 days.

Is it not that they are only kept for 30 days after you delete them?

I don't think so, the photos that have downloaded from icloud to my laptop are literally the ones I have taken in last 30 days. I haven't deleted any from my iphone and can still see them in my album and photo stream on there.

Yes just use it like a memory stick.

I then back up my PC to an external hard drive, also load photos up to facebook into albums that are private and use amazon prime unlimited storage.

Just to be safe.

Oh, I had a video on mine when I signed into icloud on the pc. Oh, its too much for my head tonight.

Me too I am going to try and finish what I started tomorrow now.

I supposedly downloaded icloud to my pc earlier but cannot find where. The only difference I have spotted is icloud photos in my devices by looking in file explorer, that's where I found the last 30 days photos. I am totally lost to be honest.

Think it's going to be a long day tomorrow. Photos to upload, credit card bill to pay, few last minute things to buy for holiday. Need to return some of my Debenhams orders. So I am off to bed now.
