    Simon stuck under bench.

As everyone knows tortoises do not reverse & or go round :o

The bench was shifted about 2 metres before he ploughed his way through :rotfl:

Simon the tortoise is coming to stay :D

Mum does not want to leave him harrassing Victoria Tortoise - making more work for the house sitter :o

We got him in 1970 - Dad brought him home from a London pet shop & was named Sarah...

He is a Greek Marginated tortoise & got together with Victoria (another GM) after her mate Albert passed away.
He became Simon (Mum would of called my sister Simon if she was to be the boy baby they wanted :o )
Father of many baby GM tortoises :)

We have checked boundaries & all is safe - still not sure how the hedgehogs got in ...

Next door has a tortoise, we call him Houdini, the amount of times they have had to search for him  I never quite knew how fast they could move and how well they could climb:eek: I was looking after him last week and I was constantly double checking the gate.

  • Well, after doing an awful lot of cleaning and clearing, I have now sat down to write a list for T v Morries, mainly because I need some white wine vinegar to make some tomato chutney. Hopefully that will compare 80p v 59p and join in the the pizzas but most things on the list are evens.

I have a kitchen to clean within an inch of its life tomorrow so doing the shopping first thing in the morning and will have the chutney on the go while I am doing that.
