They had this item and many more with 70% off tables, chairs, settees, loungers.. all were outside furniture.:) I put 3 different items in my basket and was ready to go to the checkout....but DH came home from work and we had to collect the car from the garage, that was another £100 + gone,:eek: went to get petrol then popped into a for my free pint of milk from 'win a cow'
The trout of a sa wouldn't accept the coupon,:( saying they will only accept coupons with holograms on or valassis coupons but not safe coupons-even though they took my oykos one last week. He called over another sa, proceeded to go through a book with banned coupons in even though the milk one wasn't amongst them, still refused, I think the other sa would have taken it but she felt a bit intimidated by her colleague. she offered to call the manager but I had already been out too long so I said I would ring customer services, which she agreed with.
I got home to continue with my order from amazon only to find out every item had gone back to its price without the discount:mad:
Then I decided to ring a cs, what a waste of time:eek:
The lady told me to find my nearest a and phone them and I would be put through to cs at the store and they would help....I then said 'I have just returned from the said store and had the confrontation with sa on cs...her reply oh dear if you find your nearest branch and give them a ring im sure they will help:mad:
I think im going insane;)
Just before I returned home my DH rang A cs as he is waiting for a refund from a c+c last week, he has already rung twice before, (the same lady I spoke to also answered his call ) she said oh yes I see you have had the refund on the 11th---no replied my DH I didn't do my shop until 18th that was a refund from another shop.-- well it cant be , she said, you cant have 2 refunds:eek::eek:
Helpppppppp I think ive lost the plot:eek::eek:
I wonder what they will say to the pizza coupons!!!!0 -
