it sounds like you have been locked out - that's what happened on OHs account - nothing wrong with his nectar number, email address or password - had to reset so I just changed one letter

When we rung up what sounded like a very quiet elderly Indian lady unlocked the account

I am dreading having to go back into the accounts - OH and my totals have gone up today, not sure why, dreading going back into them. I've got one on the ipad now and the other via the main computer as it wont let me swap between the 2 now just by logging out.
