On the plus side my beetroot, potatoes, parsnip and swede are fab. Definitely a good root crop year:T
My parsnips and carrots were on the average side.:( Beetroots are flourishing as are tomatoes, lemon and apple cucumbers are good.0 -

It's better versus tesco and even more so against morries as they both have 10 for £6 and morries has cheaper single price.
Flavours are more limited than they have been but ideal for CC/HD as you might get a mixture.

:hello: There's a new M list - page 3 on 40 posts setting - post numbers 88-90 - do have a look as little items at "cheap" prices appear and then disappear very soon (I can't guarantee they'll all be available in your M store:doh: - and they're not available in every one of my stores). I have a 13 amp plug at 48p (78p on Monday was too dear:eek::rotfl:), but maybe will it go cheaper? The Bubble Pot 1L has gone down from 50p to 40p.
The Savers Salted Peanuts are in stock in one of my stores (out of the three I've seen and I don't intend to look in the three further stores as two of those are 15 miles away:eek: and in different directions from each other). However, they may have disappeared off due to the stockout elsewhere and, even if they are now back in one of my stores, it may take some time until they reappear and compare as we've seen happening before. I do not know if APG has gone N/A vs M on the SP Salted Peanuts or not. I assume Avs T 48p. And, whilst the Peanuts are back in M (sort of), the equivalent of SP tinned Ravioli now seems to have disappeared from all three of my M stores today. These things do get checked each time (in theory:rotfl:). Avs T 39p on SP Ravioli I assume - still never lived down the price increase from 35p everywhere from several years ago.
There's other things too, such as the Carlsberg 20 pack, that people may risk again (says helpful "---" on msm) - do have a look at the list!
The sardines that were absent on Monday have come back again! Maybe they only have them on Wednesdays:rotfl:. However, given that this shows how hit and miss it is that these things are in store (and it's nothing to do with time of day as I was in M earlier in the day on Monday and they weren't there in my stores), I suspect you'll find it as hit and miss for T PP. Doubt it'll compare - do they even check the fish counters?
Other small nuggets too - such as the Wholemeal Bread going to Lidl. 25p on non-whoopsied Simply Wholemeal!0 -

Evening all.
Shattered, spent all evening doing my Life Guard training, was very tiring, specially with the local hoodlum women wanting to get in on the act and be rescued. Anyway, time for a relax now.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”
