Bacon working as expected - 2 for £6 picked up in Sains.

    2x Butcher's Selection Twin Pack 28 Unsmoked Back Bacon (2X450G) £9.94 £6.00

That's net £3/kg ;), for comparison smartprice is £5/kg and in sains it's actually £6.67/kg

It has finally stopped raining here....but I sadly have no motivation to go out even though we do need bread...
....I am however currently half way through the large pot of ginger yoghurt that was free from waities last week....surprisingly its quite nice and tastes far better than I was expecting.
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

I put mine on some plywood then some laminate underlay, but the mats are better. Lidl, aldi B&M & ebay are the cheapest, just get the square ones that click together.
This stuff, but cheaper where I have mentioned above.

Dont forget, get your chemical starter kit ordered, you will need it straight away.
Canopies were reduced in B&Q yesterday when i was in.

Thanks I've ordered the starter kit so I'm off out now to try and find some foam mats! We have got quite a bit of spare laminate that will get us over the weekend if I can't find any.
