You can also use the xl lynx shower gel with same trigger or use simple face wash as trigger
TS took some photos on phone will see if i can get them on here later as going to sort car out:D

Am I correct in thinking that the trigger mens stuff is an invisible one ie its in the 3 for £5 but doesn't show in the comparison please ? (Having a VERY senior moment !)

Home from a lovely day out and am ready for my tea

Had picnic lunch at the lake and spent the afternoon people watching, duck and fish watching :rotfl::rotfl:

DS3 rang earlier today to say that he was getting eggs and he would drop ours off. No sign of him nor the eggs, I reckon he forgot about them. Oh well, I'll pop down to the farm tomorrow, they sell the eggs from a vending machine. Put your money in key in which door you want to open and bobs your uncle, you've got eggs :T

How has everyone been today? LS I hope you are feeling a little better, day by day, you'll get there.

Don't know if I'll get a chance to catch up as I've got stuff to do before I settle for an evening of tv, if I can find something of interest.

Tea today is a pickie tea  Chinese chicken thighs, bbq spare ribs and something else, I've forgotten what DH has popped in the i
Oven :rotfl::rotfl: it's frozen from MrT using the coupons 3 for £6 range. I wouldn't want to pay £6 though

How was mum today tweets? Give you hassle as per usual I guess. You have the patience of a saint x

I had the usual moan about bro when I eventually sat down.
When I got there I started cleaning bathroom before she started . She had a go on phone other day I hadn't cleaned it in 3 months  more like 3 weeks :D

Then I sat down and just listened to her moaning .

I have had her hang up on phone earlier because I am thick and couldn't find her a toilet seat fixing set after looking for 30+ mins. I then found this on ebay how am I to know the bar is adjustable if it doesn't say at others I have been looking at :rotfl::rotfl:

I have rang mum back but she wont answer her phones so let her sulk .

Guess who will sort seat out if I got to order above :(
Hope I don't break her seat.

    Afternoon all

We have been out and about also to Attngham Park with an ad hoc picnic and a quick nip into Argos for pillow cases

Hope everyone has had a lovely day :)

  • I picked up my fabric drawer from Argos, but the girl on the till couldn't get it to take less than £5 in Nectar points, and she also insisted that I had to have the change on a gift card. I said that would be useless to me and to cancel the sale, she looked at the receipt and discovered it would let her give me the change in cash, so spent £5 worth of points with £2.21 change, will look forward to getting the £5 back on my card :D

Called into Argos which is conveniently situated inside Sains when I dropped DD off at the station.
Collected my £2.99 jug which replaces a very worn Pyrex one. It will be recycled.
Staff were telling everyone about the £5 back in points on a £2.50 spend but failing to mention that you needed to activate the offer first:o
I had no cash on me and had to put 49p on my card which I was embarrassed about but the young girl said that everyone does it......must just be me:o

Decided to use up one of my Shloer vouchers and used my nectar card. I was hoping for a £3 off £20 spend but it was not to be. However I did get points for wine and cat food:T

How much do you have to spend on wine?
And how much on cat food?

I've got one for a £10 spend on cat food but my conditional spend does not start until 16/08 so I've got to hang fire yet - I've seen £2.50 Whiskas - my gang are only eating gravy at the mo. They also like the Harringtons dry food.

Does anyone know of a VPN service that is reliable for my ds2 to get for China, please?

We use hola when abroad, not tried it in China but it has worked in other non European countries. Free to use on PCs, but only a free trial on iPads.

I was hoping that I could part pay in Nectar points and pay the rest in cash? ie only take 500 nectar points. Is this possible?

Afternoon, this is probably old news to you but thought I'd post in case it helps anyone. I have only just come across it and we have a Farmf??ds near sada.:) Whoever typed it has never heard of the saying, 'i before e except after c' as I had to change them all! Also they didn't know what an apostrophe is.
This a cut and paste with corrections:

    Wombling at Farmfoods
    HOW TO WOMBLE FARMFOODS
Look for lost or discarded receipts that have not had vouchers used with the original purchase. (Over £25, £50, £75 & £100). If the receipt has NOT had a voucher used against it, you can claim the 10% yourself by printing off the vouchers here. http://www.farmfoods.co.uk/Vouchers.php
They will do this retrospectively and will refund you with cash or a voucher to spend.
Here's a note from one of Farm Foods Womblers - Karli Marie
"Womble any FF receipt worth more than £25, £50, £75 and £100 print one of the 10% off vouchers using the link in the file above, ( you may receive these through the post from time to time). Take both receipt and co-coordinating voucher to FF and say you didn't have the voucher at the time of your shop. They will then give you the money off you are due from that receipt. Tina Brown has received cash but I am unsure as to whether some stores may offer
store credit. Please be aware that it will become obvious they aren't all your own receipts if you are going in with vouchers all the time, (more than once a week or so) Wombling isn't allowed by a lot of various supermarkets so please use common sense and be aware there may be other womblers doing the same and we don't want the stores to make wombling harder for us".

Credit where credit is due perhaps ? To keep it all friendly ;)
