Morning all
Well a week has passed and my dd will be home this afternoon. Can't wait to see her
Woken up feeling a bit dodgy though, got a sore throat and swollen glands :undecided
Got a lot to do this morning but first I need tea and bacon before I attempt to do anything!...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.
PRIDE
There's a fork in the road, which way will you go
You standing still or will you step into the great unknown,
Is yours to decide, this is your life.

Morning All
Washing on the go - so hope the forecast comes true! Think I will join LFAB in the healing power of a bacon sandwich - cured many a hangover in my younger days!0 -

I'm off on a Shloer hunt to McColls.
Will report back later.

Just had a quick look at Argos and their clearance lines. If you go into clearance first, then put in your town it will bring up the stock available in your area. There's a few decent things amongst the tat for under a fiver.
From memory
A Guinness gravy boat with herbs for £2.99
Baby blanketsfor £2.49
Tetley tea tin with tongs and tea bags £3ish
Lynx set £2.99
Mesh shades for cars 99p
Bath mats and lampshades various prices
I've reserved at my local store 2 small tins of shortbread at £1.99 each.
£3.98 and a fiver back in points:TTo do is to be. Rousseau

I did post last night but it seems to have been removed
. I didn't realise giving advice on finding discount codes was also forbidden, sorry
. I believe the rest of my post was legitimate as it was about saving money so will try again.
If you are booking St3na Lin3 fares it can sometimes be beneficial to order through the i e Irish website as it can work out much cheaper (assuming you have a payment card that does not charge for overseas transactions, like the P0st 0ffice m/card, though 6 euro fee this is still worth it with the difference). I would assume this is the case for any of their routes.
For other websites where they offer payment in other currencies (or they have an overseas/other EU equivalent of their website) it may sometimes be worth checking their site to see if there is a conversion benefit - there has to be some benefit to being in the EU and the single market was one of the supposed main reasons).
Remember to check online for Cashback and voucher codes etc before booking/ordering.
Edit just to add this does work even on the scandalously overpriced B3lfast route.

Goodnight everyone.
I am hoping LS does not have any problems over night. Have my fingers crossed she is getting a good nights rest. :A
Thank you. :A
Not a fantastic nights sleep, but no tubes becoming disconnected, so that's a good thing! Just trying to psyche myself to get up and go and have some brekkie!0 -
